Refund policy

We are committed to maintaining the highest quality in both our products and services. As such, we have a firm "no return" policy for all orders, except for items that are damaged or defective.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@masteringnursing.com to request an exchange. When contacting us, please include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and any supporting photos. We will review your request and, if approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details before finalizing your order. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can either reship the item to the correct address at the customer’s expense or offer a refund for the product price only (shipping fees are non-refundable).

Exchanges

Exchanges are generally not permitted. We only offer replacements for items that are damaged or defective. However, please reach out to us if you need assistance.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Once 7 days have passed since the item was marked as delivered, a reasonable amount of time has passed, and Mastering Nursing will no longer be able to address the issue.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable if you decide to return your order.
